In it he asks for the criminal injuries compensation scheme to be extended to cover those affected by terrorist attacks abroad, thereby providing them with much needed financial assistance.<br /><br />The second reading is scheduled for 16th March. <a href="http://www.lovells.com/Lovells/Homepage.htm?ShowFlash=True">Lovells (solicitors</a>) has been working with the national charity <a href="http://www.liberty-human-rights.org.uk/">Liberty</a> on ways in which to make the Bill a reality.
